A Haunted Love:
On nights, that the wind
is ferociously pounding on
your windows or front door; you better be prepared to
let the wind blow through--your house. If you're
asking yourself why? Then I've got your attention.
Have you ever heard of The Haunted Witch? Well from
the look on your face; you haven't. Let me tell you about her...
Her real name is Piper Halliwell. She has three
sisters: Prue, Phoebe, and Paige. Each of them are
still alive and are slowly losing their powers. They
each loved their sister-witch. She was a kind soul and
loved with a fiery passion.
Speaking of loved. Well, actually I brought it up.
Anyway. She did have a lover. Oh, how she loved Leo
Wyatt. She would have done anything for him and that
is what killed him.
She did the one thing, he specifically asked her
never to do: consummate their relationship. It wasn't
entirely, Piper's fault. He fell in love with her as
well!
She knew seducing him would never work again (He
pushed her away last time). She tried making a potion.
Now I won't tell you the spell or the ingredients she
used on Leo, but it was satisfactory-that came with a
price.
The next morning, Piper found her bed empty. The man
she had loved was gone. The only evidence Leo had
left, behind was a note.
Piper ran to her mirror and tore the letter off.
My Piper,
You have betrayed me, my love! I have turned into the
very creatures you fight. I will not hurt you or your
sisters. Last night was wonderful-even though I
forbidden it. I must leave now. I'll see you in the
wind.
Love,
Leonardo
She flew into a fit of rage and heartache. She went
into the underworld and blew up every demon in her
sight. She didn't ask for Leo Wyatt. She couldn't even
speak his name out loud. Not even to her sisters.
She cried each night in her sleep-wanting the feel of
his arms around her. She was a Haunted Witch, and she
knew it. Waking up in tangled sheets. She felt as if
she had been betrayed. If he would have just told her
the truth behind the reason.
She remembered the last of the note. It ran through
her head as she went on with her day: I'll see you in
the wind.
She knew he was calling for her and so she went. She
left the kitchen table and walked outside the front
door. The wind greeted, Piper, and rushed around her.
She was lifted off of her feet.
As the days grew longer, Piper began to get sick. She
wouldn't let Leo take her to her sisters. She died in
his arms.
Piper Halliwell was Haunted by Leo's Love.
And now when you hear the wind getting louder, and
its ferociously, pounding on your windows and front
door; you'll know to let the haunted lovers inside.
They want everyone to know there still alive. Well at
least that's what I've heard. A haunted love like
theirs is bound to be a true story, right?
